Sheila was such a sweetheart.  A gift to her husband for their anniversary coming up.  She told me when she left that she had so much fun and that the experience was as much a gift for her as it was for him.  The ultimate compliment to me.  Thanks Sheila!

Welcome to my Boudoir photography Blog!  I am excited for you to take a look around and to learn more about me and my work.  Sit back, relax and enjoy!

Some of you may be wondering what the heck Boudoir Photography is.  You may have an idea if you have seen the invitation to my show coming up May 14^th at Studio S (plug, wink, wink) or you may have heard rumors, or even known someone who has done it.   First, I will tell you what it is not.  It isn’t porn!  Boudoir is classy, sexy and tasteful images designed to make you feel amazing, beautiful, powerful and radiant.  Don’t we all want to feel sexy, smart and beautiful?  Isn’t that why we go through our morning routines everyday?  Boudoir photography is a celebration of being a woman.  I take images of you that will make you feel all of this and more.  It is truly an experience like no other.  I have women tell me all the time that they booked their shoot to give as a gift to their husband or soon to be husband and the experience turned out to more of a gift for her.  The bonus is that her husband’s jaw drops to the floor and he is reminded of how beautiful, smart and amazing you are and that spark in his eye tells you what you already feel.   

Now, I hear what you are thinking…..”oh I need to lose 20 pounds!” or “I am too shy to do anything like this.”  Wrong!  Forget the 20 pounds…trust me.  I have about 30 I’d like to shed but that is a whole other blog….let’s be realistic.  If you wait til you lose that 20 pounds you will NEVER do this for yourself.  I know. 

There is a little super model in all of us and my job is to bring it out.  Will you feel silly practicing you “super model” faces in the mirror?  Sure.  But how fun will that be?  Laughing is great…especially when it is at yourself.  :o)  Life is too short.  This experience will be more fun than you can image. 

So with all of that said…. coming to my Boudoir show next month is the perfect and safe way to check me out!  Come and see my work.  Meet some of the woman that have done this for themselves.  Talk to them.  It is going to be great fun.  We will have champagne to celebrate us and something sweet and chocolately to go with it.  Because let’s just face it…what is better than champagne and chocolate? 

So here are the official deets…

The show is at Studio S in the Warehouse District in Traverse City.  If you haven’t been there this is a perfect time to check it out.  Sherry is awesome!  Her classes are fun, flirty and you’ll be wondering if this is really considered working out. She takes fitness to a Pole new level.  :o)  Also at the show will be Ravissant Lingerie located in the Cherryland Center (it will always be the Cherryland Mall to me LOL!).  Connie was gracious enough to provide lingerie for the model shoots I did for this show.  She will be bringing some hot, new, fun lingerie for us all to check out. 

And of course we are giving away free stuff all night.  Yippee!
